Career Services and Student Government are excited to invite all UCF departments to participate in the upcoming Fall 2025 Work Where You Learn Fair—a campus-wide event designed to connect students with on-campus employment and experiential learning opportunities. Event Details: Date: Wednesday, September 3, 2025 Time: 10:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Location: Pegasus Ballroom, Student Union If your department is hiring for undergraduate student workers, graduate assistants, OPS roles, Federal Work Study positions, or internships for the fall semester, this fair is a great opportunity to meet students who are eager to gain experience and contribute to the UCF community. Last spring, the fair welcomed over 1,100 students, with 75% seeking part-time roles and 40% interested in internships. The demand is high—and your department could be part of the solution. More information, including the sign-up form, will be shared in the coming weeks. We encourage all departments to mark their calendars and consider participating in this impactful event.
