Despite a four-hour thunderstorm, our Summer B move-in over June 20-21 was an overwhelming success. Thanks to the patience, understanding, and good cheer of students, families, and staff.
The Move-In Team welcomed more than 1,400 first-time-in-college students across Hercules and Neptune, along with smaller numbers in other communities, on June 20–21 between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Yours is a job that often receives less thanks than it deserves so let this be one of them. Thank you for showing up with presence, professionalism, and purpose during our Summer B Move-In. It was hot, but you kept it cool; offering reassurance, guidance, and a steady hand that made a world of difference. Your impact was felt by students, families, and staff alike, and the feedback we have been receiving speaks volumes: this was one of the smoothest, most well-supported move-ins we’ve had. We couldn’t do what we do without knowing you’re there, keeping a watchful eye and ensuring everyone’s safety.
Thank you again for helping us start the summer strong. See you in the fall!

Thank you to Dr. Christopher MacDonald for his support.
