The BEAMing Staff Collective is a cross-divisional staff group within the Division of Student Success and Well-Being. The collective exists to strengthen staff connection, recognition, development, and voice across the division within the BEAM framework. It is a staff-centered advisory and action group that carries work from idea to follow-through and gives staff a real channel into divisional priorities. Page Navigation Ampersand Awards Conference What We Do Awards and Recognition: We steward the Ampersand Awards and the way SSWB recognizes staff contributions across the year. Staff Conference: We shape the themes, gather staff feedback, review proposals, and support the SSWB Staff Success and Well-Being Conference. Staff Connection Events: We create moments for staff across units to connect, from a fall kickoff to smaller touchpoints throughout the year. Staff Feedback and Insights: We collect and synthesize staff perspectives and close the loop back with the division. Who We Are Members represent units across SSWB and serve as connection points between their areas and the collective.
