The 2026 Ampersand Awards brought the Student Success and Well-Being community together to celebrate the people who make a difference in students’ lives every day. Across departments and roles, the SSWB team brings the BEAM framework to life by helping students feel supported, connected, and empowered to succeed at UCF.
The celebration highlighted the innovation, collaboration, and impact of teams across Student Success and Well-Being who help students transform their aspirations into achievements and thrive academically, personally, and professionally while making SSWB a supportive community for all.
Celebrates important professional and personal achievements across our division, such as degrees earned, conference presentations, publications, and other meaningful accomplishments that reflect growth and impact. You may nominate yourself or recognize a teammate.
Years of service milestones will also be recognized and will be identified through HR records, so nominations are not required.
